Amy Morosini - Managing Director
Amy Morosini has worked in the executive search business and human resources since 1996. She has conducted searches primarily for senior technology, legal and consulting professionals in the Bay Area, the UK, and the Netherlands. An experienced entrepreneur, Amy has founded and managed two other companies, including Green Tee Printing, a successful East Bay direct to garment clothing printing company. Today Amy manages the day to day operations of the Morosini Group, LLC.

Tony Morosini - Chairman Emeritus
Tony Morosini founded the Morosini Group, LLC in 2004, having worked in the Information Technology industry since 1988. He began his career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he worked for over seven years in the Communications Industry Group, developing complex billing, provisioning and customer care solutions for the world's leading Communications Industry clients. |
Previous to founding the Morosini Group, Tony was President of Sage IT Parnters' European operations(aka Xpedior UK, Ltd). Sage was one of the original eBusiness integrators, and Tony developed global eCommerce solutions for firms such as HP, Intershop, Walmart(UK), and British Telecom. Tony built this company from a solo operation in London to one of the highest regarded eCommerce consultancies in Europe, eventually selling the business to one of the Big 5. Tony is an experienced practitioner in Payment Systems, SFA & CRM, eBusiness, and Billing solutions.
Tony holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech. |
Mandy Willis - Sourcing Specialist/Research
Mandy Willis joined Morosini Group, LLC in 2005. An experienced sourcing professional and researcher, Mandy began her working relationship with our founder in the UK in 1999, performing a variety of senior level search work for Xpedior (UK), Ltd.
Mandy holds a BSc degree from Imperial College, London
