We pride ourselves on providing a very small number of resumes to clients, from which they ultimately select a candidate.

Customer Advocacy – Many of our clients are senior executives and business leaders responsible for sales, operations and product management. They are Directors, Vice Presidents and C level executives. The Morosini Group often acts as a customer advocate for our client’s IT related initiatives. Since business owners generally sponsor major IT initiatives, they need an advocate who insures their vision becomes reality. We interface with third party vendors and internal IT departments, usually playing the role of keeping all parties honest and ensuring business requirements are actually delivered in the end system.
