Prior to founding the Morosini Group, Tony Morosini worked primarily as an information technology consultant, executive and sales professional for over 15 years. He has worked with many of the Fortune 500 firms, including dozens of the leading financial institutions in the United States. At one point in his career, he consulted to dozens of the largest US banks, simultaneously, assisting with the rollout of leading edge financial industry standard technology. It was at this moment that he realized there was literally an order of magnitude difference in the amount of time and effort similarly sized organizations required to deliver identical technology solutions.

Having suspected for years that one star employee was worth many average performers, he actually was able to see this quantified across the financial services industry. It was at this time that he decided to create a unique recruiting and consulting firm. It is unique because of its focus, and because the owner of the firm is himself a hands-on IT professional, able to better match talented professionals to companies than the competition.
