Our client is a consulting firm specializing in the deployment and support of large ERP solutions. They are an approximately $1B per year firm, growing rapidly and have offices around the globe. Due to the large demand for their services, our client provides a great deal of career potential for SAP professionals as their SAP practice is one of the fastest growing in the world.
Our client works extensively in the US Defense industry. Because of this, the hired person must be a US Citizen, no exceptions.
The Position
The position offered is on our client’s SAP support team, located in Phoenix. We are looking for a senior SAP Production Planning (PP) consultant. Initially, you will work onsite at their customer’s facility, and you would be part of a large and dynamic team.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide post production support for end users & various globally distributed businesses in the SAP PP module.
- Interact with team to resolve end user issues in an SLA driven model.
- Work with the business users to identify new enhancements and work on developing the same.
- Lead team for providing resolution on tickets, root cause analysis and correction. Streamline processes and determine gaps in the processes.
- Prior experience with highly customized solutions/production support projects are preferred.
- Knowledge of Aerospace Defense solution preferable.
