The Morosini Group has been retained to find an information technology consulting professional for the most progressive and dynamic technology based consulting company in the Bay Area.
The hiring firm is a long standing client where we have placed numerous professionals over the past two years. They are a professional services firm like none other, as they work within a very specific and in-demand niche. Their expertise involves migrating their clients from traditional IT to cloud computing, or SaaS(Software as a Service). Their clients are both traditional large corporations as well as the most brand name pre IPO firms in the Bay Area.
They are looking for consulting professionals who can interface with customers directly, understand customer requirements, as well as design and implement solutions.
Note, this is a hands-on role. Candidates must be fluent in either Java or .Net programming, however this is much more than a programming position.
Requirements
* Candidates should have experience working across the entire Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
* Candidates should be very client facing, and comfortable working closely with clients to uncover requirements. Formal business analyst experience is a major plus.
* Candidates should have experience designing comprehensive APIs between complex applications.
* Candidate must be able to write code in either Java or .Net, invoking web services as needed.
* Candidates should be familiar with coding in either .Net or Java, and have worked with most of the following, XML, XSD, XSLT and STX
An ideal candidate will have worked for a leading consulting company, in a hands-on capacity and completed numerous full lifecycle implementation projects.

Client : progressive consulting firm growing over 100% per annum
Compensation : Approx $100K to $110K base + bonus + benefits
